Here is my inquisitorial chimera! Now by no means am i a skilled painter and feel free to criticize and comment on my work.
I'm thinking of painting up a few new chimeras and some comments to make the vehicle look more like it's from a inquisitor's
Retinue.
Thanks,

where am I? *looks around* Well i'm...errr...I...I...don't know!

It looks pretty good, one thing that will instantly make it better is to tidy up the hazard stripes, go over them with a couple more layers of yellow (thinner paint will help to keep it neat). And just make sure that the stripes are straight.

I agree with the above post. Once you are done with the yellow, just trim it up with black to clean up the dozer blade. Also, dry brush some gunmetal silver or similar color on the tracks, then, wash with either badab black or delvan mud.

At risk of becoming TFG , I will say get rid of the Hazard stripes all together. Firstly because in order to do it correctly, you need to have a more refined painting technique, Secondly because the Inquistion does'nt need to warn anyone that their transport's dozer blade may be hazardous to one's safty. Thirdly, if you just really want to have it, the IG decal sheet has a set of hazard stripes on it. Use those if free handing presents a challange.
As MArtin said, paint up those tracks, a nice dirty, dull metal.
I would also pick a colour to paint up the Driver and Crew Commanders Episcopes. Perhaps a dark green, or a soft blue.
On a positive note, you've choosen a good colour scheme for this vehicle. The red definately POPs out from the black, in a-typical Inquistion fashion. Keep at it!

I'm gonna try giving you the best constructive criticism I can with these pics.
First, you need better pics. You need a dark background. This may seem counter intuitive, specially since your model is black. Here's the reason. 99% of people set their camera to 'auto' and snap away. The problem is that the camera see all the white/bright background and thinks, 'light'. So it closes the iris/aperture. This causes your subject to be darker that it is and loose detail. What you want to do is put it in front of a darker, solid background and put light directly in the model (or simply a well lit room).

OK, now on to the model. It looks like the beginning of a WIP. It looks like it's been primed black and you've added some red, and then stopped.
What are those white (metal?) spots on the track? It looks like it drove over some wet paint or something. Paint them solid metal then give them a brown and black wash, followed by a very light drybrushing of metal.
You've missed a ton of detail, which is the main reason I said it looks like a WIP.I can't see a single gun that was painted. Paint all the guns metal and give them a black wash. That goes for the radar dish and the missile mount, paint the missile itself grey or some other neutral color.

A tiny bit of metal drybrush on the rivets and any other place you think would get chipped on a real vehicle. ( like the hatch, handles and turret) Since this is an Inquisitorial Retinue Chimera, I assume it's gonna be transporting an Inquisitor. You need more bling. The top red hatches are good, I can't tell, but paint those hinges, handles and frame in gold. Paint the frame of the side guns gold too and the little "ball" of the guns red.
Paint those eagles on the sides and front in gold, as well.
Paint all the port windows/periscopes on the turret and crew compartment.

If you're gonna do the hazards, and want them to be clean. Undercoat the area black, mask off the stripes, then undercoat the yellow with a light brown or foundation yellow, then layer up until it's even
