Whilst looking for a conversion list i stumbled upon this nice little tool by chance.
It's not 100% perfect of course with lighting and washes distorting colour sometimes.
However i found it to be amazingly accurate with good targeting.

I hope this is of use to other DD users as well!.

Next to finding out how to copy paint schemes it may allow for better colour copying of real life photo's as well :-)
