Could be done, but not only would make the arm look all wrong, but would also just look ridiculous.

It could be done and not look terrible.

Use the left arm with the fist. Then replace the fist with a hand of some kind. (left hand from a venerable dread, hands from a Heroclicks Marvel sentnial<<<ideal) Then modify the staff to reach both hands. Simple enough.

As long as you have the parts it shouldn't take too much time to do.
