I thought his might be of some interest as it explains and shows how rankings are done in australia. It also shows it for the us, GB and europe.

I'm not sure what your point is - surely everyone knows by now how RHQ works if they have an interest in it?

I would say there is no one system in Europe. Though RankingHQ is used more in the UK. Outside most tend to use this.
