Just finished up the landraider to go with my previously posted cloaked Paladins (http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/431667/3968450.page)

Let me know what you think!

Looks good, nice paintjob!
Personally I'd clean the flat areas a bit, where the black wash left its marks. Also I'm not a real fan of the dark parchment, but that's okay if you like it.

(I had some GK forge world kits ordered a few weeks ago, and had some trouble with them being warped and damaged. Did you have a similar experience with your hatches?)

That parchment on the book is simply amazing. How in the world did you get that effect? Please share your secrets!

Cheers Chaos!

The LR hatches weren't too bad and I was able to straighten them out after a few mins in hot water. I also ordered the hatch kits for some rhinos though, and these were bloody awful...not so much on the sides, but the warping on the top hatches was pretty unfixable.

Thanks Overwatch!

The book was actually really simple...white basecoat, heavy Gryphonne Sepia wash, light Badab Black wash to accent the seperate pages at the sides, then 2-step edge highlighting with Bleached Bone followed by white.
