Who's in it? Who's played it? What do you think so far?

I'm in it and have maxed three of the classes (whopping level 13, lol). So far it seems like they're flooding the game with money but that may simply be because we don't really have much need to spend any yet. I guess the AH works for some people but I haven't been able to get the RMAH to load properly.

the cap is level 13? Damn. I have a Barbarian that is level 11 and he's nowhere near being able to kill the Skeleton King. He'll be lucky to be able to do it at level 13, and that's if he gets some more really nice runes and wargear. As it stands, I've only played 3 character classes and I'm already starting to get a little bored with it. Hopefully, with the full game there will be more content, and less need for grinding.

I could have played it... if the mail didn't came into my spambox and I found it out too late. Yup, that wa the closed beta.

Go to your battle.net account. You should be able to activate the beta and download from there.

So, other than wiping out all my characters, was there any change to the Beta? I'm talking about gameplay, not that global chat stuff.

Gameplay-wise it's pretty much the same as Diablo 2. That's not too surprising. I just hope that once the beta is over, they allow carryover of existing characters to the full game. I don't want to start from scratch again.

I missed the weekend Beta, but I had been in the friends and family beta.
Seems like a lot has changed in the meantime.

I was able to beat the Skeleton King at level 7before.
I also heard they took out the sell items artifact, so you didn't have to carry your junk to town.

I was playing a 6 or 7 Wizard with a friend who was a 10 Witch Doctor and the Skeleton King dropped me in one hit. I think it was a crit, but still, it hurt.

oh your starting over, characters get wiped on May 1st when the "beta" shuts down
