No its nothing like bondo.. lol.. Its more like a putty at first, then it dries to a hard rubber.

Easiest way to turn Orks into pirates is to give them Pirate Ork Heads.
Green Stuff is a product name for certain modelling putty. You mix blue and yellow parts together, which turns the mix into green and starts a chemical reaction that causes the putty to eventually harden. While soft, it can be shaped with modelling tools to fill gaps in your miniatures or sculpt whole new details.

The price is in Euros.
5.65 Euros in USD is around 7.46 USD.
For future reference:
The symbol for British Pounds is £.
The symbol for Euros is €.

if you pay through paypal or credit card that company will handle the conversion. on your end it might say €5,95 but when you get the bill it will say $7,50 or something. and if you order from a brittish site you will have to pay in brittish pounds (£) it will be even more because the conversion rate to pounds is even higher then it is to euro's

You can get them off Ebay here in the USA instead of paying the internation shipping also. You can look up my ork army in the gallery, I have some of the heads used.
They are oddly thinner then the regular Ork heads.
What I also did was make some hooks for my orks. The GW arms are great for this as many have wrist wraps so its a simple snip and glue or pin in place.
Lastly I made some pirate hats with green stuff, and some of my boys have dreadlocks, fu manchu's, and facial hair. I"ve finished about 25% of the army so far.
To get a real "pirate" them, you might want to go with basing of wooden deck planks. You can do this by going to a hobby shop and getting basal wood for cheap. You could actually stank the basal wood to give it a real deck plank look then doing some wet effects on there to make them look damp.
