Hi all,

So I have this 5 man metal squad I bought, and one has an incinerator. So far I've managed to convert 2 guys from halbreds to force swords which leaves just 1 guy with a force sword. However the 5th guy is posing some problems since he is an incinerator model.

I'm not sure how to convert him to have a pyscannon which would make this squad the ideal compliment to my current 5 man striker squad with swords and 1 psycannon.
once option is to have two striker squads, 1 with psycannon 1 with incinerator. My other thought was to turn this squad into a 5 man interceptor squad. I guess I could stick the backpacks on in such a way that I can swap out the backpacks to make them striker squad men or interceptors.

Has anyone converted a metal incinerator model to psycannon model? I was thinking of chopping off the nozzle and gas canisters and sticking on the psycannon nozzle and ammo clip.

Any advise on what to do would be appreciated.

Did pretty much this back in the 4th ed days.

Ended up with 7 incinerator marines after a buy up of metals.
I preferred the psycannons, so converted two by removing the fuel 'tanks' underslung, and the burner nozzle.

Replaced this with a new muzzle made from plasticard tube (concentric tubing and an ammo box from a storm bolter.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

it looks pretty good actually!
only thing that could use some touching up is where the plastic nozzle is attached to the metal
