is this up to tabletop standard?

i hate the idea that someone would not like to look at this army while they are playing against me.

Once you do something to the bases, yes.

Tabletop just means 'painted sufficient to look okay on the table'.

Tabletop standard typically refers to what a tournament will allow. Usually 3 colors and a base. Quality really doesn't come into it.

Sometimes you will hear the term "good" or "great" tabletop quality, which implies that will it isn't art, or particularly impressive, it is clean and doesn't hurt the eyes.

So yeah, I would call it tabletop standard, even better than average tabletop, as you obviously went the extra mile with colors, washes, and basing (on the one mini that is based).

Definitely higher end TT standard paintjob. As the others said, needs basing. Also, I'd hit them all up with a matte/flat varnish (Testor's Dullcote, FTW!) to cut down on shiny model syndrome.

Looks fine to me, though basing would go a long way.

Look good! I'd hit them all with another coat of matte varnish. That shine can't be just from a camera flash, I don't think.

Definitely TTQ once the bases are finished up. You've got a scheme that you've stuck to, an attempt at shading/highlighting, and bothered to pick out accessories/details - it's obvious that you put in some effort beyond the standard "3 colors and a pinch of basing grit" tournament minimum. The painting isn't exactly what I'd call clean, but you shouldn't be embarrassed to put these down and play.
