Hi guys,
First time trying to paint something seriously (highlights and everything!) but it still seems unfinished.
Other than getting some text on the scrolls, does anyone have any ideas as to what needs changing?

Echoing Auston, drill the barrels (remembering that a storm bolter has two barrels and not the single one as you've painted) and varnish.

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

All ultramarines wear tutus. This is a well-known fact! 
I think you need to add "writing" to the scrolls. Don't restrict yourself to black, and use the old documents as reference points (the ones that are done in calligraphy, featuring an oversized over-dandified first letter of the page/paragraph)

lol, message received, drill the barrels! looks like i'll have to be doing some shopping over the weekend.
As far as varnishing goes, does anyone have any advice on good matte varnishes?
Felixander - to do the scrolls i based them in calthan brown, then went over it with bleached bone then washed it with greytone sepia and finally just tickled the edges again with bleached bone! hope it helps.
