Here he is in all his painted glory! Fresh from the Privateer Press website.

His stats have been kicking around the web a bit. Here's a sneak peak:
General Ossrum
Stats
SPD: 4 STR: 8 MAT: 7 RAT: 6 DEF: 14 ARM: 17 CMD: 9
Focus: 6
Damage: 18
Warjack Points: +5
FA: C
Base Size: Small

Martial Discipline - Friendly models can move through and declare LOS through other friendly models.
Rhulic Warcaster - Can only take Rhulic Jacks.

Weapons
Hand Cannon
RNG: 12 ROF: 1 AOE: - POW: 12
Oathkeeper
POW: 5 P+S: 13
Magical Weapon
Critical Decapitation - On a critical hit, any damage that exceeds the targets ARM is doubled. A model disabled by an attack with decapitation can NOT make a tough check.

Spells
Bullet Dodger - COST: 2 RNG: 8 UPKEEP
Target friendly model gains +2 DEF against ranged attacks and Dodge. (A model with day may move up to 2” when it is missed with an attack, ranged, magic, or melee.)

Energizer - COST: * RNG: SELF AOE: CTRL
You may spend 1-3 focus. For each point spent each model in your battlegroup can advance 1”. May be cast once per turn.

Fire for Effect - COST: 3 RNG: 6 UPKEEP
Target friendly faction model. The first ranged attack the target makes each turn gains boosted attack and damage rolls.

Snipe - COST: 2 RNG: 6 UPKEEP
Target friendly model/unit gains +4 RNG.

Stranglehold - COST: 2 RNG 10 POW: 11 OFFENSIVE
Target model damaged by stranglehold must forfeit their movement or action during their next activation.

Unstoppable Force - COST: 2 RNG: SELF AOE: CTRL
Models in your battlegroup gain bulldoze. A model with bulldoze that ends it’s normal movement in B2B with an enemy model may push that model 2” directly away.

Feat
Perfect Plan - Friendly Rhulic models currently in this models CTRL area gain +2 ARM, +2 SPD, and Pathfinder. Perfect Plan lasts for one round.

Comments: Finally a Dwarf with Snipe! This dude is going to be competitive from the back. His style of play will put his troops to good use, allowing him to push them forward into trenches before making sniped shots. Gun Corps are going to seriously benefit from Snipe and Fire for Effect and on a feat with an Officer, will be able to move forward x2 and fire 14" with boosted attack and damage rolls. He would be most fun to play in a double caster game with Durgen. Snipe on Durgen with Reindholdt around would make him lethal on a feat turn.

Very much looking forward to this guy. The Searforge list I played in MKI was all HSGC, Bokurs, and H+J with gunbunnies. General Awesome looks to make my preferred list very enjoyable to play. I may need to invest in those cannon toting Ogrun, as their AOE CRA will benefit neatly from Snipe or Fire For Effect. If all three shots of the Barrage Arquebus count as a single attack for H+J (I thought it did) then FFE will be fantastic for them as well. It's clearly designed for our infantry, as our shooting jacks largely have boosted attack and damage on board.

His Theme List is very strong and beneficial, giving you free trenches, AD, and getting to start with upkeeps in play on your army at no cost (either to cast, OR to upkeep first turn!)

Now I have to figure out how to use Bulldoze effectively...

6th edition lands on June 23rd!

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

According to the rules for Herne and Jonne, all of the AOEs are the result of a single attack, as only one attack roll is made.

I sort of wish his theme list reduced the point cost of something, especially since he has low warjack points.

Bulldoze is awesomely awesome. Imagine, your opponent runs into your basher to tie it up and prevent it from slamming their important heavy. Activate Bulldoze, and the basher will punt everything around him away, freeing him up grand slam a more important target. That is how I have been using it anyways, although not always on a basher. You can do the same thing to free up any of our fantastic ranged jacks.

Half of Bump and Grind back for Rhul? I'll take it. That was probably the meanest spell in Mk. I.

I started laughing when I saw base DEF 14, with bullet dodger. So he should be moving at DEF 16 most games, and he's really mobile.

PS13 with Critical Decapitation, actually means he can assassinate most warcasters who he gets the jump on.

He's actually pretty mobile! Spd 4+energize for 3+2 speed plus charge: 4+3+2+3 = 12 inch threat IE your control. Pretty nice for Rhulic. Technical he can even bull doze... you have to laugh at that

I'm happy, i love my Rhulics, having another caster is bonus.

Seems kind of like a Magnus remix... wish those epic Magnus rumors were true, instead of a generic dwarf who looks like Gorten with a hat and new weapons. (No offense, Searforge players, I'm all about dwarves getting a new caster, just find his concept boring.)

I have to agree that the model is a bit "meh"

Still, awesome 'caster! Will be great in Searforge armies.

Some people play to win, some people play for fun. Me? I play to kill toy soldiers.
