I was toying around with making a new 6th ed Ork list today and here's the result.

HQ's:

Big Mek - KFF, 'Eavy Armor, Cybork Body, Bosspole

Weirdboy - Warphead

Elite:

Lootas X5 (Warboss goes here)

Troops:

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Bosspole, BIg Choppa, and 'Eavy Armor (included in 20)

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Bosspole, BIg Choppa, and 'Eavy Armor (included in 20)

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Bosspole, BIg Choppa, and 'Eavy Armor (included in 20)

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Bosspole, BIg Choppa, and 'Eavy Armor (included in 20)

Fast Attack:

Dakkajet - Extra Supa Shoota, Fighta Ace

Dakkajet - Extra Supa Shoota, Fighta Ace

Heavy Support:

Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Tactica:

The Big Mek provides cover for the army, while keeping the Lootas in the game (morale is a cruel mistress). He can also pull Look Out Sir! shenanigans.

The Weirdboy is actually much better in 6th ed. Even if he rolls that 1 (even with a re-roll), he can be saved with Look Out Sir! He'll be stuck in with a mob of boyz to give him Ld10 for those psychic tests.

Big Choppas allow the Nobz to do damage at a higher initiative (I can kill your powerfist before you can hit me!) for cheaper.

Kanz provide more dakka and also give some good anti-tank in CC.

Good.

Dr. What wrote:Lootas X5 (Warboss goes here)

I'll take it that you mean Warphead rather than Warboss. I think that you need more Lootas. At least a second squad. 2 squads of 5 should be just about enough.

Dr. What wrote:Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Bosspole, BIg Choppa, and 'Eavy Armor (included in 20)

The Nobs need Power Klaws.

Dr. What wrote:Dakkajet - Extra Supa Shoota, Fighta Ace

Dakkajet - Extra Supa Shoota, Fighta Ace

Drop Fighta Ace, take red paint job.

Dr. What wrote:Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Killa Kanz X3 - Big Shootas

Drop the big shootas, take Rokkit Launchas.

So all in all, it's pretty good, not a lot needs changing just a couple of tweaks here and there.

Woops, I meant Big Mek, not Warboss.

I'd rather keep the Weirdboy with a shoota mob, seeing as he needs the leadership buff.

Power Klaws have become too much of a liability, IMHO. A Big Choppa let's you strike before a power-fist wielder in a challenge, giving you the chance to not just have the Nob commit suicide.

Big Shootas allow each squad to give 9 (27 total) S5 AP5 shots per turn at BS3. They provide a dirt cheap platform that can rip apart AV11 and under. (Kanz pop rhinos, Boyz pop the contents.)

Watch out for Chaplains, though. Just had a game against Blood Angels, and his Chaplain, with Power Maul, just wrecked my Nob because he was actually going at Init 5.

GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

If yer an Ork, why dont ya WAAAGH!!

Also, RPJ is rather useless on flyers, IMHO.

Ok, I did sort of skim through that a bit, I'll just quickly give my reasonings for some of the advice that I gave.

Dr. What wrote:I'd rather keep the Weirdboy with a shoota mob, seeing as he needs the leadership buff.

Fair enough, I just assumed Wierdboy as it starts with the same letter as Warboss .

Dr. What wrote:Power Klaws have become too much of a liability, IMHO. A Big Choppa let's you strike before a power-fist wielder in a challenge, giving you the chance to not just have the Nob commit suicide.

Power Fists/Klaws have increased in power in the new edition, and the general concensus before that was to always take Power Klaws on your Nobz in boyz squads. The reason for this is so that if a Dreadnought charges your unit of boyz you have a decent method of killing it. A Power Klaw is I1, yes, but as a Nob is not an independent character he could not be singled out in the squad under 5th, in 6th, no-one can be singled out, so he's fine anyway, plus, you can put him further back in the squad as the boyz infront take the blows, then march him forward in his initiative step and get to work. It gives you a high strength low AP solution in combat if the swath of attacks don't do it.

As for challenges, your Nob is likely going to lose challenges anyway, especially with that big choppa. Most characters are going to have a decent armour save and so are likely to shurg off any blows from that big choppa were a Power Klaw could cut through them. To be honest though, any character that is going to challenge your Nob is going to be one that should beat it, otherwise they wouldn't be challenging. So don't worry about it, if you don't think that you can win with your Power Klaw, decline the challenge. Plus, if it does happen to be another Power Fist wielder, you have a decent chance of punching him out at the same time.

Maths time. 9 Big shootas from Killa Kans firing on armour 11. 27 shots, we'll call it 14 hits, 6s to glance. 2. 2 Hull points removed, 1 remaining (assuming a Rhino). So, the odds of you popping the Rhino with 27 Big Shootas shots are against you, so not exactly reliable. Now lets try the Rokkits.

9 shots, 5 hit, 3s to glance 4s to pen. 1 glance, 2 pens. 3 Hull points removed. Rhino popped before you even need to roll on the vehicle damage chart.

So, we've established that Rokkits are better against vehicles, they also have the potential to pop higher armour values as well whereas Big Shootas don't. Now lets look at shooting at infantry, so, Marines.

14 hits with big shootas, 3s to wound. 9 wounds. 6 are saved, 3 dead marines. Rokkits. 5 hits, 2s to wound, 4 wounds, 4 dead marines.

So, rokkits are better at popping Rhinos and killing Marines, the only thing that Big Shootas are better at than rokkits is killing hordes, and as your plan for the Kans is to pop armour 11 and lower, I think Rokkits are a better option.

Personal preference, feel free not to take it if you don't want it. However, I would still drop Fighta Ace.
