Having a hard time finding in the BRB where it states how many shots you get in overwatch.

So if i have a group of 20 kab warriors and get charged, do i get 20 snap shots or 40 b/c they have rapid fire and charged with in the 12' range?

Overwatch is resolved as a normal shooting attack. You get as many shots as you normally would if you were firing at the unit in your own shooting phase.
