Not bad, some details are a little rough, but they are all painted - all in all, a good accomplishment.

I have one critique - the basing of the ven dread is grey stone while every other base is red earth. I would recommend changing the dread's base to match the rest of the army.

One question - what is up with the LR? Where are the sponson weapons?

That is a decent looking table with a nice amount of terrain. It is a little too "open" for my tastes, but it is a nice start to a collection.

Washes! You need WASHES. I struggle to see the detail because they are so flat.
