Check this out guys. I match up against Paul over at “For Holy Terra.” We played mission 5 for those of you that remeber that strategy post, you can see it played out in action. If you have some ideas for more reports let us know. Any other armies you want to see played, just post below.

I'm sure y'all don't need another ego boost, but that was easily the best video batrep I've ever seen. I really dig that Salamanders army too. That's a lot of what I'm doing with my (fledgling) Salamanders: Drop Pods, Sniper Scouts, and Assault troops.

I'm curious about one thing. The narration mentioned on turn 1 that the Salamanders player had combat-squadded his Sternguard and positioned his flamers (or something to that effect). I took that to mean that one of the Combat Squads was going to melta the Wave Serpent while the other one wiped out the Fire Dragons. What actually happened there? It looked like no shots were taken against the Dragons after they disembarked.

Amerikon: Sorry about the confusion, but the flamer combat-squad shot at the rangers that were in the building, while the melta squad hit the serpent, leaving the untouched fire dragons free to retaliate in the following turn.

Great narration and fast-forwarding to shorten down all the "boring but neccesary" moves that you really need to see to understand what is going on!

The only bit of negative feedback?
Painted models make for an even cooler experience ;P
(two red dudes with no heads look kinda.. out of place? At least among two otherwise beatifully painted armies!)
