The God Weapon is an objective mission that revolves around the "Emplaced Weapons" ability to use nigh any possible shooting weapon.

Points wise. its best to use the larger end of the points (like 2000 or so)

The Deployment is as far from the center of the board as possible (the corners or the far ends. the long sides of a rectangular board would be too close)

The "God Weapon" is a Massive weapon (of your choosing) that dominates the center of the board. its AV 13/13/13 with 5 Hull points and whatever model is touching it gives its BS to fire the weapon just like any Emplaced Weapon. Its worth 3 victory points. what the weapon is can be from a downed titan/super heavy with a functioning weapon to a giant defense turret or whatever your imgination pleases. Also, the weapon is hardened so should the weapon still have 2 hull points, Pens cannot affect it.

God Weapons:
Death Strike Silo (uses the Death Strike stats but can fire normally without needing to use the T-minus 5 min. still uses the Death Strike variable blast radius rules.
Turbo Laser Battery.
Vulcan Mega Bolter Turret
Baneblade Battle Cannon turret
Tremor cannon
Etc.

The God Weapon has an aura around it for about 20 inchs around it that prevent Deep strikes straight into it (you can scatter into it though). It could be some sort of massive storm or some other thing that could disrupt deep strike attempts. Works against infiltrate and other things like it.
This is to prevent the God Weapon form being captured turn 1 and being turned upon the unfortunate side that cannot deep strike or move fast enough to get to it.

There can be 4 other objectives each worth 2 victory points. your other secondary objectives are also present (kill the warlord and such)
Utter Annialation is also an option.

There are of course things to tweak and i've not tested the mission yet. feel free to try it.

I actualy really like this idea, at my club, we have a massive Quad-Linked Earthshaker Cannon Emplacement as a terrain peice

in Inquisitor, a Space Marine can take a krak grenade, pull out the pin, eat the grenade, throw the pin, and the thrown pin will actually kill a normal man, whereas the Space Marine won't even have indigestion. This has actually happened in a game. Hell, a marine can throw his bolt shells and do more damage than by shooting his boltgun

I like this a lot. However, I would change the no deep strike bit. 20" is an unusual distance for an imperial game based around multiples of 6, I'd bump it to 24". I'd also make it so that you can't scatter into this area, if you would, your scatter is either reduced by that much, or you scatter in the opposite direction. This is because a lucky deep strike could scatter 12" towards the gun, giving early control to a lucky opponent.
I'd also clarify the wording for a few things. I'll just rephrase the points which I feel are in most need of change.

"Deployment follows one of two schemes. The first is that each player's deployment zone extends 6" to 12" from the short edge of the table. The second is that each player's deployment zone extends 12"from the short edges of the table along opposite corners. The game board must be at least 4' by 6' in size.

"The God Weapon is a Massive Weapon of your choosing that starts the game in the center of the board. It is an emplacement with AV of 13/13/13 with 5 Hull Points. Additionally, the God Weapon is hardened, which means that as it has 2 or more hull points, it does not roll on the damage table if it suffers a penetrating hit (it looses a hull point as normal, however). The God Weapon may have the characteristics of any Titan/Superheavy Weapon, or you may create a custom weapon. If a player ends the game in control of the God Weapon, it is worth 3 VP. If the weapon is destroyed, neither player is awarded victory points. The God Weapon also has a disruptive field around it which prevents any unit that enters the battlefield by deep striking to attempt to deepstrike to any area within 24" of the God Weapon. If a unit would scatter into this area, reduce their scatter distance until no model would enter the battlefield within 24" of the God Weapon. Additionally, no unit may infiltrate with 30" of the God Weapon, and units making a scout move must end that move at least 30" from the weapon."

There are 4 other objectives, each worth 2 VPs. Standard secondary objectives are present.

I'd also maybe have some way of turning the aura/disruptive field off, such as when the first model reaches the objective. But overall, it looks like a fun and epic mission.

To turn off the field it could happen two ways i belive.

Either when the first model takes command of the God Weapon the field turns off like you said.

Or if two of the lesser objectives are held then the field goes down without the need to touch the God Weapon.

Im going to try and convince someone at my local store to play this mission with me. If anyone else plays this misson feel free to report how it went!!

This seems to remind me of Dawn of War:winter assault. Specifically the final mission were you have to take control of a titans weapons to destroy Necron monoliths.
