Hey guys. Did my first major conversion. It's not beautiful. (I've seen some really good looking ones) But I got a pack of lootas and had to convert the last guy to carry a Deff Gun as well. I started looking through my left over bits and decided this would work. Let me know what you think, personally...Be brutally honest. I'd rather have real critiques than "good job for your first time"

On another note, I know the Dakka chosen is actually Flame Throwers, I just happened to like the look of it. I decided I want to put a small wheel on the bottom of it since it's so big. That way he can roll it around the battlefield. I'd like to think the other lootas are jealous of this gun for sure.

I like the model looks very orky like a supa charged burna or skorcha. However I don't think it looks like a deff gun. Even if you have a spare shoota or big shoota just add that to the nd of the shoots in the middle to provide an little longer ranged dakka. but yeah otherwise very nice model I'd like to see more.

Thanks! I'll take a look around and try to find some actual gun pieces, I"m sure it won't look terrible if I start attaching things. As long as It's kept tasteful. Glad that you commented!

I converted my Lootas so that no two are the same.

Hope you can use some of it as inspiration.

You know your weapons are good Ork weapons when I, a Tau player, am demoralized by the fact Tau parts are in there.. lol

Wow. Those are amazing dude. I love them. Only problem is, the only non-ork bits I have are from Necrons. Do you think that would even work? I don't think I actually have any guns from them though. I'll take a look through.

That is good GS work. Goes a long way to making it appear as if it is a fluid connection of weapons.
