Hi dakka, this is my first posting in this forum, and my first attempt using greenstuff, so excuse any nooby mistakes ive made, and any tips or suggestions are most welcomed. I built 1 overlord which is a heavily converted model from CCB plastic overlord, a harbringer of despair and a harbringer of destruction each modeled with a abyssal staff and a eldritch lance respectively. The Cryteks themselves are entirely scratch built from immortals, warrior, and lychgaurd/preatorian bits.

The conversions look good but I would really try smoothing your greenstuff more. The fingerprints are really apparent and will detract from the overall look when painted.

I moved it from Showcase, as that forum is only for completely finished and based models.

i will be getting the sculpting tool soon, as such, does any1 have any tips for a newbie for better/smoother greenstuff results? Also, i am using the GW brand of greenstuff, are there any cheaper/better alternatives?
