Well, there were 6 of us playing, and we each played to games, so it wasn't quite so impressive as the title would suggest, but it was a good time. For the uninitiated, ITEN is a free fast play skirmish game set in the 40k universe. The mechanics are based on the FUBAR system, but the setting and retinues are based on 40k with a heavy dose of Eisenhorn. My club is considering using for our winter post-apoc campaign, so we gave it a run through last night.

Long story short, there are some kinks to work out in tailoring it for a post-apoc campaign, but the mechanics are very sound and it looks like it will be the ruleset we use. We had a lot of fun and even though we are considering it for a post apoc campaign, most of us used 40k style warbands. We had Squats, IG, Space Marines, Witch hunters, Necrons and Eldar.

As always, here's a few pics to entice you to view the full writeup.

I love ItEN myself. I ran a short campaign at my old gaming club. It was good fun, but several rules problems annoyed us. We introduced a house rule where to run, you indicated where you wanted to run too then rolled a D6. If you rolled less than the distance you wanted, the you were caught in the open while running from cover to cover. If you rolled more, you ran to your target destination and no farther.
