Sorry for not saying good words but for me it's very badly painted - paint not thinned, no shadings and highlights - If you're a beginer don't take it to hard - I made also many mistakes
take more care to your miniatures

To improve on these I would take more time to carefully place your paint and do 2 or more thinner coats instead of one thick coat. It will make the colors a lot smoother.
Once you have a decent base coat down use a wash of the same color to give it some depth. As for the basing, make sure you get full coverage with the sand or it looks messy as. Its a good idea to get as close to the edge of the base or even go over it then just run your thumb around the edge before it dries to get a perfect cover.
The red on your overlord looks a little out of place. Maybe sample some other colors or just do the classic metallic look. To improve on your photo quality, dont use a flash but instead take the pic in a well lit room preferably with natural light or alternatively you could make a photo booth. Its really easy just google it. Also, theres some hair or fluff on your lord lol.
Thats my 10 cents anyway hope its helpful in some way or another.

I think your painting would improve drastically if you took a bit more time to get a neat finish. Making sure you thin your paint, and going back to make sure your colours stay 'in the lines' as such, would give you a much neater finish. Likewise with the sans in the base - keep things tidy as you go, and I think you might surprise yourself.

Im going to have to agree with everyone else, gotta be alot more neater with your painting (the yellow on the immortals is just plain sloppy), also try multiple thinner coats of paint instead of just a single layer, you will get a better result

Might wanna watch out for gaps when you join parts together as in the shoulder plates on the immortals and the seam down the middle of the CCB too.

Sorry for seeming mean because i'm not trying to, but I feel like you are just trying to meet basic requirements. You should add more shading, make the bases nicer, add more layers, spend alot more time then just 10 minutes on them (sorry if it was longer then that, it's just that I get 10 Kabalite Warriors looking like that in about 10 minutes)

I'm just starting out myself but a quick hint would be to definitely thin down your paints. I know it seems like a waste but you want to get a bit of paint on the tip of the brush, then brush it onto a paper towel/napkin until it doesn't paint on so thick. This allows you to make passes with a general color that won't be so heavy and you can thicken it up later.
