Lord goes with Termies, who will more than likely deep striking, Dark Apostle will go with one of the large Cultists squads, trying to stay near both of the large squad together to get the LD10 bubble buff. Thinking of separating the other cultists unit in two to control more objectives. Thoughts?

Seems like a sollid list to me, but why not give your cultists with MoK autopistols and CC weapons?

i just might for the large squads, then I could fit in more bodies into the units. However, the smaller squad is only going to be camping an objective in my back field. They wont be assaulting probably at all, the MoK is only there to grant counter Attack to deter any non dedicated CC units and they have the autogun for the same reason and they need longer range to help in any way possible. Its S3, sure, but 20x Rapid Fire is 40 S3 shots at 24" range, overwatch is going to hurt. Iplan to use them as meat shields and to hold objectives, the apostle's unit being the one to hold any objective deep on enemy lines for the Fearless and Hatred everything. If the Lord manages to roll Master of Deception for the Warlord Trait, Id prolly choose the big blob with the apostle and maybe the Termies into cover and/or onto an obj. Automatically Appended Next Post: Okay, revised the Troop Section.

I would go with two squads of two Mark of Nurgle Oblits instead of the forgefiends. They are just better at most things bar shooting at fliers. Maybe only swap one forgefiend out for two oblits with MoN and Votlw. Give the dark apostle the axe of blind fury with the points left over and he will wreck face, even taking on MCs that aren't higher initiative than him. I would also take the icon of wrath for the terminators instead of vengeance, because you are already getting fearless from the lord, and the icon of wrath will definitely help your assault terminators in assault (furious charge and re-roll charge range)
Also, drop GoM on the termie champ and add it to the Lord or dark apostle. It will always be better if you put it on an HQ rather than a champion, as the bonus will benefit him more

idk about oblits. 140+ points for only two lascannon shots every other turn seems kinda a waste when I can take the badassery of a forgefiend with a single cannon to make even palladins gak themselves in fear and 2 Hades Autocannons, which have a better chance of killing anything 2 maybe even 3 oblits could dish out. 8 S8 AP4 Pinning is crazy, the only downside is hes BS3. But he can regen HP, has an Invul save, and cant be killed by mass small arms fire like oblits can. And demonforge is flippin amazing on helldrakes and forgefiends.

Your lord is a bit of a monster, for sure, but heavy in points. If you were looking to save some points I would consider Huron a good alternative; great in combat, fairly survivable, and gives you some nice flexibility for deployment.
I like the Apostle, cheap and to the point, performs his role in the list without going overboard on upgrades.
Elites
Like others have said, drop Vengeance for Wrath if you're running the lord with them. This unit is scary if it makes it to combat (Icon of Wrath should help here) but without a Landraider you're forced to footslog or deep strike, running the risk having these guys getting wiped out before seeing any action. Consider taking a couple combi-weapons and/or a heavy flamer so the unit isn't so one-dimensional.
Troops
I dig the cultist horde, not something you see very often. Problem for you is these guys aren't going to win you many fights, though they might win you games through sheer weight of numbers and the fact that your opponents may ignore your objective grabbers in favor of the more intimidating elements of your list. Consider dropping the mark of Khorne on your Autogun squads, at the very least. I really feel it doesn't do enough for the unit to justify the points cost. I would also consider finding the points to field at least one scoring unit in power armor in the event you play a list that can sweep low toughness/save models off the board by the fistfull.
Fast Attack
Yes.
Heavy Support
Whether or not you want to take obliterators comes down to preference, the two units perform similar roles similarly well, Something to consider, however: you don't have a saturation of armor, and your Forgefiends are going to take a lot of heat from dedicated anti-tank units, especially before your fliers show up. Aside from that, though,
