Ok. I started these guys a while ago, just to get some termies on the table. I just did some minor mods and painted them in black legion colours. Now they seem a little tired looking, alongside the rest of my army, but I'm at a loss for where to go with them. They've been with me a long time so I don't want to just replace them.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

I too had to same problem, I have a set of black reach termies. I got a forgeworld set of arms to add to them plus a bit of green stuff for fur to match my wolves army. Also like you i will head swap them, i've only done one so far then got distracted.
