SimplE question. Wanna order a few of the new Lizard kits from Darksphere, was wandering if people have had good experience with ordering/pre-ordering from them. Do they arrive on the day if pre-ordered like this? Do they arrive in good time either way?

The speed you get your stuff is more likely to be affected by GW sending out than by DS themselves.

Darksphere is solid. If anyone fails in the equation it'll be GW shorting them.

Cheers for the responses. Had a dodgey incident with TotalWargamer as i failed to background check, so i try to make sure from now on.

I'm not sure about pre-orders, but as has already been mentioned, the ones most likely to be shafting you during pre-orders are GW themselves, not the indies.

For buying from DS in general, I've found them to be very prompt with dispatch and delivery, and the only complaint I've ever had was that they didn't give me a tracking code for one of my parcels, an issue which was rendered moot when the parcel turned up the next day anyway.

Aside from that, they've been solid the past 5 or 6+ times I've used them, and I'd recommend them to just about anyone living in the UK who is looking to buy from a reliable source with consistently good discounts.

Darksphere are great and very reliable in my experience.

However if you HAVE to have the kits on release day the best way to go is GW themselves

(that's not to say Darksphere won't deliver, they will, but they will be dependant on GW filling all of their order on time, and that's not something that has been happening reliably for recent releases)

I can only essentially second what everybody else has said, I have only ever had top class service from Dark Sphere and they are very reliable and are great guys (and gals) too.

However they have been mucked about a fair bit by GW with new releases lately, they had some problems with Tau and minor problems with Eldar but that was GW not fulfilling all of their orders they had placed.

This wasn't in any way Dark Sphere's fault but it seems GW prioritises orders to its own London stores first and if they don't have enough stock don't always complete Dark Sphere's.

So yes they are a fantastic store but if you really, really want it on day of release maybe get it from GW.

But they will definitely do their best for you and you will get it cheaper too.

Darksphere stopped selling GW online for a while since they didn't want to let people down with long order times.

It's only recently that they've started to sell GW again, but do keep in mind that if it's a new release, then getting stock is going to be extremely hard for them.. not their fault, but GW's.
