I have created this thread as a means to get some suggestions as to what color scheme I should use. I plan to use Citadel paints. So...any suggestions?

I've painted mine Green and White... Maybe pic a name for your Kabal and then do a google search and find one you like ... make adjustments as you see fit and go from there

Good Luck

I apologize for not making myself clear enough. I was going to paint my army dark purple and green. I was MAINLY trying to ask what Citadel paints I need for that color scheme.

Well, it tends to help if you let us know what colors you want to paint stuff before you ask for help!

I'd get one of the darker purples GW makes, wash the models black, bring it back up with the same purple (leaving the recesses the darker color) and highlight with turquoise for that classic Dark Eldar look.

So when you say one of their darker purples...do you mean Naggaroth Night?

Here are the colors I chose: Naggorth Night, Rarkarth Flesh, Kabalite Green, Pallid Wych Flesh, and Nuln Oil.

Do these sound good enough for a dark purple and green color scheme?

(Edit: I also got Waagh Flesh, and Waywatcher Green.)

I know you said you were gonna use GW paints but Army painter has a pretty good purple primer you might want to look at to make your life a bit easier.
