Also.. not very.

Fliers will give you a tough time as will any tanks.
Consider StormTalons/Ravens and some melta/lascannons.

It's legal, he's using 2 FOCs and meets the requirements to do so.

I am using 2 FOCs, though perhaps I should have mentioned it.

Spoiler:

Do those changes resolve the flyer and AT issues? Adds plenty of melta, and 8 flakk missiles is a reasonable amount of Skyfire.
