Hi everyone. I am a newer 40k Imperial Guard player looking for some feedback about my current list. I have yet to run the exact list to test it out but this is what I am looking at so far with the models I have. However, I am open to the idea of buying some new models if the suggestions are good.

Aegis Defense Line
Icarus Lascannon
85 pts

Company Command Squad
Astropath
Officer of the Fleet
Lascannon
130 pts

Veterans
Lascannon
90 pts

Veterans (in a vendetta)
3x Melta
100 pts

Marbo
65 pts

2x Vendetta (separate squads)
260 pts

3x Leman Russ Battle Tank
450 pts

Manticore (behind aegis defense line)
Camo Netting
190 pts

Leman Russ Executioner
Plasma Sponsons
230pts

Space Wolves Allies:

Rune Priest (for Divination)
100pts

Rune Priest (Codex Powers. Most likely Jaws of the World Wolf and Living Lightning)
100pts

9 Grey Hunters (with codex Rune Priest attached)
1 Melta
Standard
Mark of the Wolfen
Drop Pod
200 pts

So the idea behind my list is that I want to have a powerful artillery line that is tough to kill while putting out a large amount of powerful low AP blasts. The drop pod, Marbo and Vets in Vendetta are there for scoring objectives and to hit behind enemy lines on crucial targets that can hurt my tanks and artillery. I will especially want to focus anything that takes away cover saves against my aegis defense line. The Manticore, CCS, lascannon vets and Divination Rune priest will be behind my Aegis, with my Rune Priest attached to the vets for extra wounds and the go to ground 2+ cover saves and provide my Manticore or tanks with Precience for some deadly blasts. All suggestions are welcome but I only want to use units from either the IG or SW Codices.

Also worth mentioning, My opponants are primarly Tau, Necron and Eldar, but I do have a decent variety of players at my local gaming store so if the list does well I would like to try it out there as an all comers list.
