I decided I needed another model for my Lord of Change after it breaking again. So this time I picked up the Cockatrice from WFB. What do you guys think of it being a replacement? That looks awesome, I can immagine his body body constantly contorting into all kinds of bizare shapes and creeping the hell out of the enemy. Fantastic for a greater daemon of Tzeentch.

I had this exact same idea. But I put him on the plastic daemon prince legs, and added the arms with a staff from the horrors box. I'll post a photo when I get home.
