My orks decided they did not feel like walking anymore, and so started looting my desk for components for "da best Kustom Battlewagon" after a few days of this I have decided to see what everyone thinks so far.

Needz more 'eavy gubbins. Some plasticard armor to make the wagon all big an 'eavy an orky and smashy, if not stompy.

Plasticard....plastic cards....I have old walmart cards, that would probably work, just gotta paint it red. and boom instant armor maybe rear right side to protect the driver?

I cant think where else to put any armor without making it look weird.

Battlewagon wise, is a deff rolla really needed or can I get away without one.

Plasticard are flat sheets of PS. Sometimes they come not perfectly flat but textured. You can build a whole cockpit or some tire guards or whatever you can think of. wazzoo2000 has a very inspirational blog here on the forum. Really opens your eye to the possibilities, especialy with orks.

As for the deffrolla: depends on what you want to do with it. I think the wagon works neat as a gun platform. Open-topped it has a boarding capacity of 20. This means 20 shoota boys with 2 heavy shootas. This means a whole 15-guys squad of lootas which become much more mobile. This means friggin 15 flame templates if you feel like driving around and frying everything you want with it. So no, you do not have to allways smash your wagon into the enemy lines.
