ok so i converted some imperial guards to have storm bolters and also some fantasy empire models to have storm bolters. I still need to shave down the storm bolters on the empire models as they are still a little large.

I am trying to keep the empire models looking very fantasy like which is why I have some models with banners and trumpets etc.

got them from ebay. converting metal imperial guard models is a nightmare tho.
