I recently bought a new set of Stormguard...and the arms wouldn't fit the halberds....anyone have this problem?

I assembled a full unit of the new stormguard. I did find them difficult to put together at first until I figured out that each arm only really fit one of the different stormguard in terms of sculpts. My suggestion is to lay out all the parts on a table and then take all the identical pieces and group them together and then to match up arms to the halberds.

There are two variants...but the differences are so hard to see.

I think there are three variants. One for each body type.

And yes, they are very difficult to figure out at first.

I also got 10 halberds, but they didn't match up with the 10 arms I got. I ended up just drilling out the holes and filing the pegs down so they were universal. Also allowed me a bit more freedom in positioning and allowing for more uniqueness. I really really hate having a 10 man unit with only 3 poses.
