Hello everyone,

I've got the Imperial Armour book Doom of Mymeara Vol. 11, and I've purchased a wraithseer because, hey, I'm eldar, and wraithlords are an incredible model.

That said, I'm a tad confused as to his armament:

D-Cannon for 40 points is among the purchases the seer may make for wargear/weaponry. Now, obviously this isn't a D-Weapon made so famous recently (or infamous). I'm assuming it's a wraith cannon, such as the wraithguard have, at str. 10 AP 2 with Distort special rule. That said, is it still 12 inch range?

Also, is there any FAQ that gives the seer any additional rules from the new codex, such as battle focus? I've been unable to find any.

It's been confirmed by FW that the wraith cannon is a typo and it's supposed to be a d-cannon.

Not when RAW is a confirmed typo.

It's listed as having a Wraithcannon in IA:Apocalypse
Which I assume is more recent rules.

that's an expensive weapon for him then, given it's only 12 inch range on a MC that cannot fly, outflank, or otherwise move in any fashion other than footslogging and does not have battle focus... That's unfortunate.

It is, but FW have confirmed that the rules in IA:Apocalypse have a typo and the wraithcannon is supposed to be a d-cannon. Which makes sense, given that the upgrade costs more than an entire wraithguard model that is armed with a wraithcannon.

No. The wraithseer d-cannon follows the normal rules and profile for a d-cannon as found in the Eldar codex.

Any confirmation of adding rules from Codex: Eldar such as Battle Focus? I've been unable to find anything on the matter.

You can't find anything because there isn't anything to find. The wraithseer rules as printed are already based on the current codex, and the absence of battle focus is a deliberate choice just like its absence on all of the other wraith-whatever units.

Is this in one of their FAQ's? Can't find it anywhere.

It was mentioned on their facebook page as soon as the book was released, since every Eldar player immediately noticed the problem. IA:Apocalypse doesn't have an official FAQ yet, but you can almost guarantee that if/when it does get one the wraithseer will have a d-cannon officially.

Ah great, thanks!
There's a few mistakes in that book.
Their continued use of the Supersonic rule with flying transports, and 3 of the Ork vehicles listed as having the "Super-Charged Engine" rule instead of Overdrive.
