Looking for some C&C. I'm aware I should've thinned my paints some more, but aside from that, what could I do to improve? Thoughts on the models?

Just saw this blighter on reddit. The lightning effect is really cool, good job!
Only thing I could say is the bone on the model could use a highlight or wash to give it more texture.
