Hello everyone , i'm looking to try and achieve something like this on my Plaguebearers of Nurgle but don't really know how to go about painting flesh in this colour , could anyone offer some ideas ?

You're probably best basing it in one of the various "undead" skin shades from the various ranges (Citadel would be Rakarth/Pallid Wych Flesh for example) and then shading the recesses with various inks, washes and glazes.

Can't be sure that's what was done in the pic, but it should generate a similar result.

Thanks for the input ! I think a base of pallid wych flesh would be the best start , maybe some purple and red inks / shades , any particular shades you think i should give a try ?

The beauty of Nurgle stuff is that a lack of precision generally helps the effect, so no, go with what you like the look of/have to hand.

I like the Vallejo washes in general, as the dropper bottles allow for easier mixing, but Citadel and Secret Weapon all have a place on my desk too.
