So I am a new player trying to make an ork list based off the blood axes love of looted vehicles/ weapons and i am wonder can i take a vendetta and orkify it and use it as a dakka jet or blitza bomma? Would i be able to use it in tournaments? Also right now I live by no FLGS or GW stores due to my job. Also if you have Ideas of other units to orkify would be appreciated too

Only your TO can answer if it is legal in an event. This may also belong in Modeling and not YMDC.

The rules don't cover conversions or proxies. For that you would need to ask your opponents or tournament organizers if it is okay.

The legality of a conversions is not addressed by the Rules themselves, aside from the 'assumption' that the player is using the appropriate Citadel produced Model right at the very start.
Our advise is always:
Talk to your opponent or tournament organizer and let them decide.

I don't see an issue with it as long as you use the stats for the Ork flyers...
The same way I've seen Looted Wagons made out of Land Raiders or Rhinos.

If it looks cool, go for it. Just note that the Valkyrie is far larger than the dakkajet.

I probably wouldn't say far larger, they are fairly comparable wing-span wise, though the body of the Valk is much fatter (because dudes have to sit in there!)

As far as I know as long as it is a Games Workshop model then you can run it as whatever you want, granted it is on the correct base size and is "what you see is what you get" as possible.
