The model looks great, for your first Eldar this is superb. I'll start off with the things you've done that really work for the model (in my opinion):
The colours for the sword are really nice and in particular, you've got a good shape of lightning going, too often I see it branching too much, you've got a nice balance.
I. The gemstones are pretty darn good and will only improve as you paint more of them (which Eldar has in spades!) - though might benefit from a little diversity in colour, even if just mixing it with pinker ones if you wanted to keep the cohesive theme going
II. Your colour scheme, while not what I would choose, is undeniably Eldar and is immediately attention grabbing in a very positive way
III. Your metals are quite nice (could use another highlight! - but are quite nice)
IV. The faceplate of the helmet is awesomely done
V. I really like the left hand + arm and the shadows that you've created there
As a painter, I always strive to improve, so with that in mind there are a few suggestions I would like to offer:
I. In some areas the paint looks a little thick, and the 'flow' of the robes is impeded in several locations, most noticeable on the white inner fold but also present on the cyan exterior.
II. Your grey highlights are quite nicely done, though I believe they could be complimented by adding a bit of white to the grey mix and having points highlighted a little more than the rest of the line to further give the impression that the light is picking up these areas.
III. Neater lines, you've got some really crisp edges (like the helmet lines) but you've also got wobbly lines in the robes where you've applied the blacker colour afterwards, this could be fixed by reapplying a turquoise or cyan in a thin streak. (I can clarify what I mean if you'd like, I feel like I may have been a little too vague on this point)
IV. As I believe someone else pointed out, there are a lot of 'flat' colours where you have not quite captured the dynamism of the model. The robes could be made to 'pop' with a bit of a gradient of colour, peaking at the rises and darkening further towards the recesses. (When I first started, light cloaks were the bane of me, I never blended enough, I had one colour leading to the next and it ended up looking like a striped cloak! Yours is much better than mine were, but could still benefit from more blending and difference.)
V. The armour being the same bright colour as the robes I believe disappears some of the finer details you've painted as it they are a little harder to identify at a casual glance
VI. The belt could use a little more contrast, this could be helped even by something as simple as a heavily watered down mid-level dark brown used in lieu of an ink or wash
VII. The flash of the photo makes the base look a little lump on the sides but I believe in real life it would be much nicer, but the grey rubble is super flat, like really really flat - the black sand doesn't help either. This is the only part of the model that I don't particularly like - though that being said it's entirely possible you're not even done with the base and I'm criticising prematurely, in which case my humble apologies!
There are a few other things here and there I could say, but overall you've got a great mini that's appearance really reflects the obvious time effort that has been put into it, I think you have a model to be proud of. The comments and criticism I've offered are given in an endeavour to help you on your painting journey and you should feel free to ignore if you believe they're not for you. Well done on a job well done and I'll keep an eye out for your next model
