Okay everyone, I think I am ready to show you all my WIP Morkanaut Conversion. I hope to start painting this badboy today. Once I get some more progress done I will post some more pics. For now, enjoy these pictures and let me know what you think of the conversion work!

Very nice work. I agree that it looks much better than the shuffling gait he is supposed to have.

Has anyone seen one with Taurox treads? I think that would work well too.

Thanks! Yeah I just couldn't picture the standard one capable of walking or stomping for that matter.

Thanks! I am glad you like it!

I actually have an unbuilt battlewagon that I thought about using the tracks on for the next one. They are a lot larger than the Taurox tracks and may work better,

That would look really cool actually. I mainly suggested the Taurox bits as I figured they might be easily available with all the venom that model's appearance received.

I didn't think of that! Yeah I bet you can get those tracks cheap now...I may have to look in to that for the next one!

Finally a use for the Taurox, good thinking that man.

Yeah...I've finally seen a Taurox in person, and they are TINY. If you end up getting the treads, you might have to do some modifications..I'm not sure that'd be big enough.

Now if you wanted to stick Taurox bits per foot maybe

That is a good idea too. You could double them up. I remember seeing a custom battlewagon back in 2nd edition that had lemun russ treads doubled up to the same effect. With more than one taurox tread per foot or toe, you could probably pull it off.
