We'll find out soon enough eh.

I love your concepts, they'd be fantastic for representing NPCs and characters from "Civilised" 40K worlds - some of them remind me a lot of the mental images I had when I read Necropolis' descriptions of the Verghastites like Gol Kolea's scratch company and Surgeon Curth.

That said, I'd second Apologist's request for some slightly more bizarre and gothic versions as well. Anachronistic combinations of clothing, the juxtaposition of sophisticated technological concepts with crude designs, totally impractical but visually impressive displays of status or tradition; these are why I look at a Blanche painting and think "that is 40K". I recognise it's a somewhat niche aesthetic, especially if you're talking about bringing a commercial product to market, but hopefully you can squeeze in a few slightly more radical figures among those with broader appeal that would make up the majority of the range.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"Your society's broken, so who should we blame? Should we blame the rich, powerful people who caused it? No, lets blame the people with no power and no money and those immigrants who don't even have the vote. Yea, it must be their fething fault." - Iain M Banks

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal

Comments have been taken aboard - I dont have enough money to pay WIll to make this his main project, so expect things to be slow, all been taken aboard re: more gothic/tatty/impoverished looking characters, so shall see what he comes back with - although I always figured there'd be a total mix, especially in hive worlds - basic clothing would be relatively cheap in the far future I reckon - but with technological regression being the theme, protective or working gear would be bizarre, antiquated, jury-rigged or impracticably cumbersome. Personally I see a set where about a third of the figures are wearing basic robes/tunics with interchangable hats/heads and hands, and the rest are a mix of clothing, again with changable heads and hands so you can create a crowd out of 9 or so figures.

Agreed; the new concepts look wonderful. I particularly like the fleeing robed priests(?) and family at the bottom, but that page is filled with wonderful details like the fat chap with the fu manchu moustache, the techno skullcap and inverted mohican haircut head.

The backstreet surgeon's brilliant, too – certainly wouldn't want him hunched over me!
