Feeling slightly better today and got a few things done

Cleaned up and prepped my Footsore Irish for Dux Bellorum. Spent about an hour looking for my pin vice to drill out the hands to add the spears... It was looking me in the face the whole time :(

Another rat done, the Irish in the background don't look impressed.

Prepped an Oathsworn WarBot. I think these will end up being RustBots, perhaps.

The fiddly Puma build continues

If clay makes bricks, and bricks makes walls. What do walls make? Ice Cream of course.

I had ordered the bases for the Irish from Warbases, so picked up a few terrain pieces. I could honestly sit and glue MDF all day.

This morning has all been about adding basing render to bases!

Now time to finish Puma and who knows after that. Not sure about painting today... snowing at moment and very dark!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Didn't do the best job on the Puma, but hopefully primer and paint will sort out a few of the many mistakes I made.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Revelation... I don't know the difference between 6cm and 12cm... My bases are too big... Oops!!!!

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Cleaning up some metal I received from Warlord, well it sat in the Post Office for a week. Ordered the new Tiger, the new SS Calvary and a few packs of personalities. New Tig won't be here until March but a nice 10percent off my next order to compensate, which is nice.

Some more stuff built

Thanks gentlemen. Sometimes I am that productive, Giraffe but not this time. Some of the stuff was done in the afternoon and evening.

Been not very productive this week at all but ended up getting some more Irish Warriors to put them on the right bases this time. The others won't go to waste... All cleaned up and ready for base coating (they aren't glued to the base and i'll add the shields after painting).

So one unit of archers, and starting on some Foot Yeomen.

You are really cranking these minis out, excellent progress so far.

I'm going to guess that the Crusaders get the T34/76

The Crusaders need the T34 at the moment - they are outnumbered 3 to 1!!!

Hobby time has mostly been reading about hobby stuff this week, but plan on getting a unit of Revenants plus other stuff done this weekend.

This morning has been about using up some basing render that was beginning to harden and getting the Revenants ready to prime.

Love the Mantic undead line. Most of my VC core is made up of Mantic undead. Do you have a color scheme planned for them?

Hey Squall. The Mantic Undead are so nice. I don't think there is a model I don't like for them yet. Though I don't use them to their best potential as you will see below.

This is my Skeleton and Revenant schemes so far. Plain but I think it is effective across the battle field. Very fast todo as well. Plan will be for more purple and green skeletons and perhaps do the Revenants in a tinted green. I just paint my Revenants with a undercoat black, dry brush white and use an ink or wash to tint the white.

Bit of undercoating

How do you do the bases on individual minis? The in progress photos look like they have some kind of putty on them.
