I don't have any websites or anything to prove this but my local store owner hinted to when the new Ork codex is coming out, I was in the store and I brought it up and he asked if I was saving my money for it and I replied yes then he said "see you next Friday" (today is Tuesday 17th) so that is the only way I know when it is coming out he doesn't often give hints to when a product is scheduled to release but I trust him
