Whilst browsing the internet I came across some eldar corsairs. I quite liked the idea of nomad-like eldar and decided to kitbash some of my own. I also saw some images of shadow spectres, which I also quite liked so i had a go at making some of my own aswell. Please critisise.

Thanks! I'm currently working on a falcon for my corsairs so i'll get some pictures of that up when i'm done

I like the corsairs. The combination of HE and eldar parts works well to give that feral feel.

However, I don't really like the jetpacks on the shadow specters. I think they look just stuck on, rather than part of the model. I think a better way to go would be a small device strapped to the back, similar to a slimmed down warp spider backpack.

The backpacks they have on are the closest things to jetpacks that i have available. If you have any suggestions as to what parts would suit them better then thay would be much appreciated. To be honest looking back at them, the backpacks do look kinda stuck on.

if you have the cash, why not get the Corsairs conversion kit from Forgeworld, and use their jump/jetpacks for the Spectres?

i actually really like how the leftmost backpack looks (starcannon bit) if they were all consisten instead of just random you'd have a much better result

I would just go through your bits box and see if there is something that stands out to you. It may be something as simple as holo-field veins from the WS kit and a little GS work for a backpack.

All good ideas. I'll try to get them all with the same backpack an i'll post some pics when i've got them done
