Hey guys, this is my first major conversion job, and i want to know what you guys think, if you were to play a game would you let me use it ect...
Its unpainted and needs some cleaning up, and im thinking about giving him an ogre club on his left hand and adding some ork glyphs, and a psyker like space marine helmet to his belt, let me know what you think.
If you have any ideas on how i could improve it that would be nice too

I'd definitely play against that as a Weirdboy conversion. I'd leave the ogre club out of it as the skulls look fine.

Note of improvement: the back of the left arm looks like it needs to be shaved/filed back so that's it's flush w his back.

I also think he'd look really good w a fur cloak down his back. It'd separate him further from the regular Boyz and I recon it'd look ace if you're skills are up to it

i am planning to make him a greatcoat/pelt when i get my hands on some greenstuff, or lop one off a space marine sergeant i have lying around somewhere. I've already began to clean up some of the joins and the arm as you've said. Thanks for the feedback!

It looks good to me so far.
Give the joints some greenstuff. add something to his back, as i feel hes a little front heavy.
Base him up in some dirt and rubble and your there!.
