Hi,

I am interested in buying one of these, and I was just wondering how the board pieces clip together?
Is it the same way as the plastic RoB kit GW sells in its stores?

If not, how do the pieces actually stay together? Is it a matter of having to put a piece of MDF or something the same size as the resin RoB underneath it and just not knock it?

Thanks!

I do not own one, but I've heard and read on several occasions that while they are incredibly impressive, very well done and a quality product...

a) they do not fit in with GW's RoGB - the height is off, the width and length can also have tolerance issues (not true 2'x2')
b) they do not clip together with themselves or GW's RoBG
c) while sturdy, they are not as structurally sound as GW's RoBG

I use a plastic RoB board, but I don't use the clips. They rest on a table, and even hang off the edges a little bit. I've never had a problem with them staying together. I wouldn't see there being any problem with the Forgeworld tiles so long as they had a decent amount of space to rest on.
