I am not 100% sure about unbound rules. So help me out please.

Does unbound require hq or troops?

If not then i would go balls to the wall with msu single obliterators with mark of nurgle.

If i fight flyers or drop pods, then i would reserve half, and then deep strike the other half. Should i be scarred about close combat armies?

I think i can buy cheap terminators from black reach and dark vengeance and then just convert them into multigun totting obliterators.

I have seen wads of greenstuff / sculpty stuck on regular CSM legs and torsos to create the Obliterator effect. The shoulder pads look a little undersized, but the models are passable.

Each box of Chaos Space Marines would net you 700 points worth of Obliterators. At $40 per box, that's less than $100 for an entire army that could probably wreck a lot of face. Just don't forget the bases unless you want your opponent complaining.

I imagine thes nurgle oblits to resist; bale flamer, lasguns, bolters, frag grenades, krak grenades any thing ap3 and up to str9 not causing instant death.

Lascannons have ap2, demolisher cannons have str10 ap1, plasmaguns have ap2

Yes, unbound. The only issue is that some places won't allow it four tournaments so just make sure that's ok. This idea is freaking awesome but would have issues holding objectives since it's so crazy slow. You don't get objective secured anywhere and it's useful.

I can't even contest objectives. It's an aggressive gun line at 36" with deep striking elements. Why won't they allow it?

Also 13-20 oblits don't seem too scary. That's just 26-40 terminator wounds. Against hordes, the plasma cannons and assault cannon might not cut it.

Just some TOs are scared of new things. I've heard of some places still not allowing fliers. My FLGS allows it, I'm jut saying some won't. Any you can contest as long as it's not against battle forged troops.

Or 24 oblitz &MoN = 1824 what should I fill the points with?
19 nurgle oblitz & 8 naked oblitz =2004
Or 26 nurgle oblitz = 1976 what to fill points with?

If I plan to fight 3 imperial knights and or Revenants or stompaz or obelisk/tesseract , lord of war spam, is this force adequate or do I need a warlord to gain an advantage from the special Titan slayer warlord traits?
