As of now yes except for the chapter master and the sergeants. Eventually when I'm done painting all will be based with sand and grass.

Looking great! Maybe a tad more caution around the eyes of the tactical marines. it could be the picture.. but it looks like a little more then just the eye slits are painted red. Clean looking paint job though! basing will make them look 10x better/finished!
