You have achieved the theme brilliantly, well done!

Nice!

You definitely have your own look with these models, but they are still orky (and still fit into 40K visually). A lot of really cool, really neat orks look great, but they don't look like they belong on a battlefield with IG or Space Marines (which, to be fair, may have been intentional). These guys look sweet, and still totally fit into the 'verse.

Very good work! My only issue is that on the first picture, the ork on the right looks like one of those 80s disco dudes who's just came home from a robbery at the local hospital with that mask

Very cool!

They have a lot of character and it's always nice to see some post-apoc stuff.

Steal away! I'm sure I most likely stole the idea anyway from the Labyrinth Nipper sticks.

Is there any way you could take the pictures with a different backdrop? The shiny white is backlighting them so much that it's hard to see the detail on the miniatures themselves. Cameras really hate backlighting.

Perhaps take pictures in the same place, but with a dark colored t-shirt or other bit of fabric draped behind them? It would help a lot.

Aaahh epically painted! And I love the fact you used the labirinth as inspiration. Kiddo's these days don't have the real quality inspirational movies like the labyrinth, the goonies, dark cristal or teddy ruggspin for that matters.

And yeah take some more pictures with a dark background so we can wonder about all the nice details mods you made.

These are absolutely beautiful! This is by far my favorite Ork army I've seen yet. I could imagine them being used in some post-apoc tabletop RPG as the mutant baddies, too. What's the formula you use for painting the skin?

Thanks for the comments fellas.

@ youidiotkid - I'll give you a recipe once I have my paints back out, cant for the life of me remember any of the names haha, I start with a base colour or purple, and finish with a purple wash... not sure that helps much.
