Rhino - 35

I'm hoping a Land Raider and some Rhinos will help cover and distract enemy fire from the expensive WG Bikers.
If I can keep them alive, I think it'll be an effective unit

The Storm Eagle instead of Stormwolf is because that's the model I have

Any hope for this army? It's mostly an exercise to see if a list can be built containing Wolf Guard on bikes

Looks like fun. You could always Proxy the Storm Eagle as a Stormwolf.

I am a Furry that plays with little Toy Soldiers; if you are taking me too seriously I am not the only one with Issues.

It does look like fun to play. As for how it would hold up in combat I think it would do rather well. Low model count but that means less to measure and move
I think I would try to pop your rhino's and shoot up your bikes turn 1/2 before worrying about the gunship or landraider. Hopefully others would try it the other way around and go for your big guns/ about the same points but harder to kill.
5 las 5 krak 5 sniper 5 heavy bolter. Not an overwhelming amount of firepower but that's all my >36" range.
Do any particular army types worry you? Close combat types that are as or more effective than yours?

My main opposition are Orks and IG, sometimes Blood Angels or Eldar

What's the plan with the Terminators? Because they are uber slow at the minute. I would. Proxy the fang for a wolf and put Ulric and his claws in there. I'd then give the crusader to the Terminators. They are then a lot more mobile and can assault out of it. However, if you haven't built the Terminators yet you could put claws on all of them and take them as the void claw formation for a turn one deep strike. But then you will have just them in the enemies face turn one....

You sought to cower behind your walls, weakling? Instead, by the will of Khorne, you shall die behind them

The Terminators are riding in a Storm Eagle (not a Stormfang). It's a flier with transport capacity 20, so the Terminators aren't slow.

I guess there's no reason why I couldn't swap which pack rides in which though. The Storm Eagle has "Assault Vehicle" just like the LR, but I guess it's lacking the Frag Assault Launchers if the the unit needs to charge through cover. The Blood Claws wouldn't need it since they have frag grenades.

I don't like the Void Claw formation.
Turn 1 teleport - no accuracy, no support, no assault, no guns to shoot, no storm shields.
Sounds like a great way to get 225 point killed without them doing anything.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
And if the Wolf Guard are going in the Land Raider instead of the Blood Claws, I don't need as much transport capacity, so I might switch to a Redeemer instead.

Where to spend 10 more points?

OK, that's my bad on not reading the Eagle bit. Sounds like a plan. At least you can chop and change. But you're right about the frag launchers. Can prove difficult for Terminators assaulting into cover. Especially those with claws.

I've never used the formation. So I'm not sure how it would work, but I do see your point. Perhaps you could combine those saved points with the cost of TDA on the priest for the relic armour.... The name escapes me from the logan supplement.
