Assuming you're using
GW paints, I'd suggest the following -- I think it would be close!
Red Armor - Mephiston Red basecoat, Agrax Earthshade wash on recesses. You could go nuhln if you want more black than brown, but Agrax blends nicer into Mephiston,
IMO. Mephiston cleanup, then highlight layer of Evil Sunz Scarlet. Edge highlight, mix white with evil sunz scarlet. If you need to some darker reds to accent shadows (like collar) just basecoat with korne instead mephiston.
Black - Abbadon Black basecoat, Edge highlight with thunderhawk blue and then fine edge highlight with fenrisian grey (or just lighten a thunderhawk blue and do one highlight). If you don't want a blueish tint, use dawnstone to do edge highlight, and add a second highlight of administration grey for corners/reflective edges.
Legs/Arms/Face - Rakarth Flesh + Agrax Earthshade, Layer back Rakarth Flesh, edge highlight with Pallid Wytch.
Green - Moot Green
Orange disc on weapon muzzle - Not much choice in
GW line, jokaero orange, create dark accent ring with Agrax or Nuhln Oil, and then blend up base color to fire dragon bright. Looks like there are thinned stripes of white scar to give a chrome-ish look.
Jeweled eyes/spheres - mephiston basecoat, evil sunz scarlet layer, wild ryder red for bottom swish, white scar dot for top reflection. After the miniature is finished (including finishing spray), paint Ardcoat to add gloss.
edit: yes, my spelling is atrocious/incomplete for
GW paint names, sorry
