I like the arm posing you have given the venomthrope, makes it look a lot more aggressive than the standard pose.
I agree with SBG, the zoanthrope looks really good in his photo.
The colour scheme works well in contrasting against each other. It looks like you are doing base coats then using washes to pick out details? Nice and fast way of getting your army table ready

My method is White Primer, wash only carapace and body, grey claws (Skavenblight Dinge), and blue tongues (Reference to nid army in 4th ed rulebook)

I paint what I like, whch is mostly nids and Guard. The Eldar was something I painted a while ago.
