I'm completely new to attack wing and I'm trying to start a Klingon fleet. I'm defiantly going for faction pure and I have a trip planed to the game store soon except I don't know what to get. Any help or pointers will help a lot.

Well, in addition to the Vorcha in the starter set, you'll need a Negvhar (or two). I honestly recommend one of each ship (with the possible exception of the Somraw) because they all have something that's very useful. Worf comes on the Koraga, and he's possibly the best captain we have. The D7 has the Stasis field, which prevents a ship from attacking for a turn and is quite useful, even though the D7 isn't very good on its own. The Kronos one might be the least important. I can't think of anything from it that I use regularly, so maybe get that and the Somraw last.

Agree that Maht'ha, Negh'Var and Koraga are the best three ships to date.
The Somraw is worth considering later just for Bu'Kah. She's a great way of repairing your ship

If you can get one for a reasonable price the B'Moth is a nice ship. It was a blind ship for the Collective, but it can be found for around the same price as a retail pack on ebay. Some games stores may even have a few left over.

The B'Moth is a better K'Tinga class than Kronos One because it has that all important tech slot. Its 4 hull make it a more durable delivery system for Projected Stasis Field or Klingon Boarding Party than a lighter D7.

There are also some useful cards in the pack as well.

It's time to go full Skeletor
