So, my codex is on order and should be with me in a few days. My intention is to add a "dead Eldar" segment as allies to my DE.

Where's good to start? Which HQ? A farseer / warlock is the fluffy choice, though which plays better?

Outside of that, I think I'll only have the points for a single squad of wraithguard in a WS. So the follow up question is, what upgrades should I look at?

The de fulfil the, no surprise, anti infantry role, so I guess the dead Eldar allies will focus more on anti tank.

This isn't an attempt to get free info by bypassing having to buy the Codex as it's already on its way, though I would appreciate some guidance as to what I should look at first.

If I can trim down the de, I'd love to have a couple of wraithlords and a wraith knight, though no idea how it'd actually fare. So, any advice is appreciated :-)

If you're going dead 'Dar and want it a little fluffy, look to the iyanden supplement. Spiritseer (farseer that babysits dead 'Dar, slightly cheaper pts wise) is the obvious HQ choice.

Wraithguard in a Serpent is a solid choice and can be out right mean when no scatter ds'ing via an Archon with web way portal.

Wraithknights are always good if you can fit one.
